Tavel rosé
Tasting: Intense red fruit and tangerine scents, backed by suave floral and herb nuances. Pliant and broad on entry, offering ripe berry and peppery spice flavors that tighten up slowly on the back half. Closes with impressive lift and thrust, leaving a suggestion of cherry pit behind.
Terroir: Peebles and Clay soils
Age of vines: Between 25 and 40 years old
Vineyard: The vines are trellised, the soils plowed, sustainable viticulture
Blend: 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre
Vinification: Varieties vinificated separately, juices racked from lees, cold vinification to keep the fruit, vinification in stainless steel tanks
Ageing: stainless steel tanks

Côtes du Rhône Blanc
Tasting: This wine offers floral and apricot notes with some peach and quince. Medium-bodied and fresh, with good fruit and texture, it should drink nicely for another 1-2 years.
Terroir: Loess on pebbles soils
Age of vines: About 25 years old vineyards
Vineyard: trellised vines, ploughed soils, sustainable viticulture
Blend: 70% Viognier, 15% Clairette, 15% Grenache Blanc
Vinification: varieties vinificated separately, juices racked from lees, cold vinification to keep the fruit, vinification in stainless steel tanks

Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc
Tasting:
Terroir: Vines planted in mixed soils of sand and peebles, east exposition which keeps more freshness
Age of vines: Grenache blanc of 40 years old and Clairettes of 30 years old
Vineyard: All the vines are trelissed, ploughed soils, sustainable viticulture
Blend: 50% Grenache, 50 % Clairette
Vinification: varieties vinificated all together, picking up date chosen according to tasting berries for optimal balance between maturity and freshness, direct press without maceration, cold vinification in concrete tank
Ageing: concrete tanks, on lees

Côtes du Rhône Rouge
Tasting: Dark red, purple, deep, with a superb nose of raspberry liqueur and blackberry jam and garrigue spices, its intensely pure, full-bodied mouthfeel, good freshness in the end, combined with good licorice aromas. This wine should continue to drink well for another 3-4 years.

Lirac Rouge
Tasting: Deep ruby/purple. Notes of damp earth, blackcurrant, black raspberry, crushed rock and flowers, a hint of garrigue makes a subtle impression in this full bodied, wonderfully dense wine with loads of fruit.

Tasting: Bright red. Perfumed aromas of red berry preserves, potpourri and incense. Strawberry jam and black raspberry flavors stain the palate, with mounting floral pastille and spice qualities. Pure wine with excellent finishing sweetness.

Cuvée Ombres & Lumières – Châteauneuf du Pape rouge
Tasting: A complex, highly perfumed bouquet displays fresh red berry, cherry liqueur, incense and candied lavender, and an exotic spice note builds in the glass. Impressively concentrated yet lively and precise, offering intense raspberry, cherry compote and spicecake flavors supported by a spine of juicy acidity. Clings with impressive tenacity on a gently tannic, floral-dominated finish that leaves behind floral pastille and star anise notes.
